4-Stretch is an innovative stretching device that allows for the progressive, measurable, and gentle stretching of all the muscles in the posterior muscle chain (from the back of the skull to the tips of the toes) in a single movement. iol developed the mechanical, ergonomic, and aesthetic principles to design a product with innovative design, suitable for small-scale industrialization.
