Design

The design phase formally defines the product and allows for the validation of engineering and materials. Demonstrators and usability tests are essential during this stage.

Design

We focus on formal research and aim to coherently bring together the selected directions for the product. We analyze different materials, examining their technical, aesthetic, and sustainable characteristics. Simultaneously, we adapt the product’s architecture based on the chosen components and production technologies, ensuring a harmonious integration between design and realization.

Engineering

Engineering focuses on technical and mechanical research and optimization, in collaboration with your design office or the project engineers. We also develop assembly and accessibility solutions while integrating the provided electronic subassemblies.

At the same time, 3D development involves creating a detailed technical model of the project to produce a demonstrator or P.O.C. This phase incorporates validated components and selected materials into the models to visualize the product’s final appearance.

Prototyping

This stage involves converting the 3D models into a functional demonstrator. Functionality and ergonomics are then tested to detect any potential issues. The initial prototypes are usually assembled in our workshops.

A representative group of users then evaluates the demonstrator, observing their interactions to identify the product’s strengths and weaknesses.

Finally, the demonstrator undergoes thorough testing to detect and document any potential issues. Depending on the project’s complexity, a second prototype may be considered before the production phase.
